A Taste of Dolce Vita in Cannes!

La Bambola is a vibrant homage to the Dolce Vita. Located just across from the Palais des Festivals, La Bambola transports diners to the carefree days of the Italian Riviera. The restaurant’s interior is a feast for the senses, with rich fabrics, warm lighting, and a touch of vintage glamour that evokes the spirit of a bygone era.

Chic and relaxed atmosphere

La Bambola is more than just a restaurant; it's a place to celebrate life. The ambiance is lively and inviting. Ludovic and his fellow team ensure that you do not miss anything and demonstrate great flexibility .
On his side, Chef Alexis MAYROUX knows well how to magnify italian products.

A La Carte or "daily suggestions"

The menu at La Bambola celebrates the flavors of the Mediterranean delights. A real Celebration of fresh italian food.
The seafood is sourced locally and prepared with care. Try the delicate seabream and Mango Tartar or the grilled octopus.
The homemade pasta dishes are a must-try, made in-house and tossed with rich sauces and seasonal ingredients. Try the Lobster Linguine or the Signature Pulled-Beef Raviole!
Meat is perfectly cooked: We loved the Niora Crust Lamb Cannon. Try it "rosé";
Enjoy classic Italian desserts like tiramisu, and much more: Pavlova, or chocolate mousse.

La pinsa romana, a reinterpretation of an ancient Roman recipe!

The original recipe comes from an ancient product made among the rural populations living just outside the walls of Rome, who used to cook a kind of “focacce” or “schiacciatine”, grinding cereals (millet, barley and spelt) and adding salt and herbs. The word Pinsa comes from the Latin word “Pinsere” that means to stretch, to spread. The traditional recipe has been perfectly revisited by La Bambola.
