Nestled in the heart of « Vieux Nice » this former 17th-century convent was transformed into luxurious 5-star hotel with 88 rooms and suites, combining contemporary furnishings with period elements.
But here nothing is flashy and that is where the charm of the place lies, in its serene atmosphere.
Both Restaurant du Couvent” and “Le Bistrot des Serruriers” offer an interior room and a magnificent terrace. “La Guinguette” nestles under the arbors” facing an herb-lined terrace overlooking the sea.
Roman baths, 1 hectare of garden and 20-metre swimming pool add to the charm of the palace.
